New Years Eve

We have had SOOO much fun with Daddy being home for a whole week at Christmas!
New Year's Eve we spent the whole day just hanging out together...
First, a trip to the park in our neighborhood. This is taken next to the creek where the boys literally spent an hour throwing rocks into the water :)

Then, it was time for our "fireworks show"... not Daddy's favorite thing to have a $10 budget, but the boys enjoyed it!

And the grand finale:
First ever movie night in the boy's room! Collin set up the tv on their dresser and we watched the movie Up, and enjoyed popcorn, chocolate chip cookies, & milk. The movie ended and the boys went to bed at 8:30.
Collin and I watched about 2 hours of Back to the Future, saw the ball drop live NYC time at 11pm here, and we were all fast asleep as the new year quietly arrived.

Most definitely my favorite New Year's Eve ever!
