How To Make Strawberry Pie

1. Find a friend to ride with you to the Strawberry Farm.

2. Holding hands makes for a better trip.

3. Take a nap before you arrive to conserve your strawberry picking energy...

4. Keep looking to find the best strawberry spot in the farm.

5. Sample all the goods to make sure you pick the best ones.

6. Watch out! This can be a messy job!
7. Time to pick the strawberries.

8. Don't forget a basket! You may need to guard it from little brother...

9. Mom's make good strawberry-picking assistants.

10. Take time to visit the farm animals just for fun!
11. Time to go make a pie!
12. Enjoy!

Epic

That is a word I learned from our snowboard instructor from our super fun ski trip over spring break. "You went on a ski trip?", you may be wondering...but how would you know since we haven't updated this blog in so many months...sorry, life has been busy. I give the biggest credit to Caden giving up his nap, that has cut way back on available "sit down at the computer blogging time", I'm lucky if I catch 30 minutes to pay bills once a month...I digress

Anyway...epic...describes our life this week. Many changes, many blessings, and here is a hint...

Also, here are some Easter pictures from last weekend. The Easter bunny brought Caden Hungry Hippo and it has been a huge hit around here. Caleb is growing a lot, his favorite word (besides screaming at the top of his lungs) is to say "ready. set. go" and then jump or run somewhere.

Caden has been talking non stop. And singing. And climbing. He is such a cuddly boy, he asks me multiple times a day if we will cuddle on the sofa "all together" when Caleb wakes up from a nap. And he loves to sneak in our bed at night and squish next to Collin and I. We can't resist, he is too sweet and it won't be long before he will be way too old to want that!

And Collin among other recent accomplishments, has finally finished his long year of foot surgery. That is something to celebrate!
