What to Do?

Visit new local parks and climb trees?

Pose for hundreds of pictures for Mommy...

Practice lifting feet in the air while simultaneously eating your own fingers.
(I know he is a genius already)

Accessories...

..that is what I am going to start calling Caleb's injuries
who needs a little girl with bows and dresses when you get to dress up your little boy
in toothless grins and casts :)

Of course, I think the bows and dresses could probably be a little more economical than
dental anesthia, xrays, and trips to the cast doctor
but who's counting?

Speaking of priceless, I cannot express the enjoyment of watching Grammy hold Caleb in her lap while he got his cast on. Do not be deceived, the ipad they are looking at may seem to hold the key to the tearless incident, but I promise you not just anyone could have pulled that off...

We love Grammy!

For Uncle Gray...

My brother Gray recently took a gardening class as an elective at Texas A&M.
Note: Gardening electives at "agricultural universities" are kind of serious
Anyway, he made me a copy of his cool textbook so here are pictures of my garden so far...

Young squash with flowers

Tomatoes

Pole Beans

Watermelons Plants

Not that Uncle Gray frequents blogs or anything, but maybe Aunt Jenna will show him our garden!

Sea World Here We Come!

We went on a super fun trip to Sea World with the Taylors this weekend.
Stephanie's blog about it is really cute, just click here to read it.

All the big kids and daddies rode the log ride.

These are the "big kids" Caden, Jackson, and Providence...

The "littlest" kids are Cole and Atticus...

Apparently Atticus thinks Cole needs to catch up some on his growing. "Here Cole, this is your mouth, if you use it to eat more you'll grow faster. Try out my hand, I think it is very yummy!"
And would these to be the medium ones? I'm not sure the word medium describes these larger than life personalities very well...

Yay Sea World!
Also yay for hanging out with another multiple-kid family with a laid back style. Everyone just did so well together, maybe this is how the Duggars and the Bates feel when they get together. What's that, no one else will understand my reference? Oh well, I think its funny. The Taylors and Bartleys go way back to the days when it was just 2 young married, childless couples. If only we could have seen footage back then of 7 years down the road!

Life with My Boys

There really is no reason at all for greeting cards today.
The happy Mother's Day wishes are all wrapped up in the faces of these sweet beautiful boys.
Never do I need another person to remind me to savor these days
of messy hair in the morning , and a crowded bed at night.
Of pictures with kids looking everywhere but the camera :)

These are the best days of my life,
praise to the One who is the Giver of Life

I never knew it could be this sweet!

Parenting Award Recipient

So I hope that the committees for parent of the year didn't accidently get this "funny" video I texted my family of the kids jumping around on the sofa. I mean, they are having so much fun, right? And that is what is most important to remember...

...oh, whats that? I am supposed to be concerned with their safety too?
Sorry Caleb!

but it was fun, right?

Cole is 3 months old!!!

Cole just turned 3 months old!! How can that be?
The picture below was taken at 1 month..
Well, do you want to know what he has been up to?

Posted by Picasa...a lot of eating and growing! Look at those chubby cheeks!

He is still just as sweet as can be, we are so blessed to have him in our family. I think his laid back, smiling, happy attitude is going to suit him just perfectly in our crazy house of brothers.
