Caleb's Grampy!

Several people have pointed out a "resemblence" they see in Caleb and my dad...I don't know if its the hair or the face or what. Anyway, decide for yourself but I'm thinking the Faulkner genes may have been working overtime when God was knitting this little one together!

Big Boy Beds and Big Boy Bites!!!

This week Caleb got to eat a few first bites of rice cereal!
He did a really good job and big brother even tried it...
he spent the next 10 minutes wiping his tongue off...
apparently its not as yummy when you are two!

Caden got a big boy toddler bed last weekend
and he has done the best job sleeping in it every night.

(Except for earlier this week when we found him sound asleep on the floor next to his bed in the morning)

Growing up is hard work!!!

What We've Been Up To Lately

Here's a recap from the last few days...

Caleb turned 4 months old today! Happy Month Birthday! He loves to chew on his hands, fly like an airplane with Daddy. He loves baths and his big brother a lot. And he loves his Mommy a whole lot too! He is sleeping in Mommy and Daddy's bed at night but everyone is getting sleep so we are all happy about that! He talks and laughs a lot!

I love this outfit, he wore it for the Superbowl- look at him sit up in the Bumbo Chair!

This is Caden in the same outfit at about 4 months!

We got to play with our friend, Luc, while his mommy ran some errands. That means a 4 mth old, 1 year old, and 2 year old. It was boy mania and lots of fun!

Caden also drew on our sofa with a permanent marker this week....ahh life with kids, its bliss and very messy!

Also, Mommy got highlights this week which was a really fun treat and worth it! She feels young again! Thanks for babysitting, Grammy!

Caden just got really interested in cars and loves to push them and trains on a track and says choo choo. He just got the most awesome pjs from his great Uncle Don and yes, that is webbing under the arms-very cool!

Hi Papa!

I heard a rumor that my grandpa, Papa, checks out the blog every once in a while which I think is really cool! We love you Pops!
